Chehalis, Washington - Thousand Trails

September 28th thru October 5th we stayed at a campground in Chehalis.

It was only a four hour drive from Birch Bay and another Thousand Trails Resort. we stayed a week so that Shane could help with with the memorial and I could spend time with Lisa on work stuff while so close.

Cant find pictures but this was a vantage point for getting into Oregon. I only have a couple from the drive through Seattle on the 28th Eastlake area . We found a good outlet store in Centralia for shoes and then went into town. I

Port Orange, Florida —Ponce Inlet and Daytona International Speedway

We arrived in Port Orange, Florida Thursday February 23rd. I immediately didn’t like the RV park, and I still don’t. It’s old and run down with a train track that runs right behind the park, trains run all hours… they’re insanely loud! On a good note, I found a place to get a massage and decided to try a hymilan salt stone massage. It was wonderful, so relaxing!!! I highly recommend trying one. Once I was finished, Shane and I got lunch from Panera, yum! And then we found a great dog park for the dogs to play-in, and socialize. Afterwards, we decided to explore the beach front areas close to Port Orange, where we’re staying.  We stumbled upon Ponce Inlet while looking for a dog friendly beach.We thought we’d get to drive onto the beach in Daytona. Since we weren’t seeing anything, we headed for a lighthouse that was supposed to be close by. That’s when we discovered a park with a river area for dogs. Victoria BC, Canada

Our Ferry ride to Victoria BC. We enjoyed traveling there, as much as exploring. We stayed two nights in a hotel and had dinner in the pub next door after we settled in and planned our adventure.  We had breakfast in a cute diner where I became infatuated with a coffee mug, so I decided to buy one. We then went shopping at the local shops close to the hotel, and walked around just taking it all in while exploring interesting shops. I bought a wool hat and an oyster charms at a quaint Irish store. We toured the Craigdorrach Castle. We also visited the Royal BC Museum. Had a drink and desert at the Empress and took a plane ride out of Victoria Harbour.  Found a castle to visit                          Royal BC Museum ⬇️⬇️ I’m
